This exciting new innovation from the manufacturers of the Kliktronic Electric Shift System is the perfect solution for motorcycle riders who are unable to use their right foot for rear brake operation.

The neat modular design enables independent operation of both front and rear brakes using just one hand.

Alternatively it can be configured for clutch and brake operation, hydraulic and cable modules offer total versatility. Different configurations of handle length, to accommodate hand size, are available.

Left picture shows the application of the front brake only, on the right the rider grips both levers simultaneously and applies both front and rear brakes.
Each lever has a range of adjustment which results in a total possible offset of more than 60mm (2- 1/4”).

Hydraulic modules are available in either 14.0mm or 17.5mm bore sizes so that the front and rear master cylinders can be matched to the calliper sizes for the optimum braking performance.

The K-2 Lever dual lever system is the latest innovation from the manufacturers of the original (1996) Kliktronic Electric Shifter. Housed in a unique modular assembly, the K-2 Lever 2 dual lever system gives independent control over both front and rear brakes using just one hand.

This dual system is set to revolutionize the world of the disabled rider. Along with the Kliktronic Electric Shifter, paraplegic riders can ride a trike or outfit with improved confidence and safety.

For riders who have right leg problems or right or left hand arm problems. This system is the ideal solution in one lightweight assembly.

There are additional install parts needed for the K-2 Lever consisting of 2 remote reservoirs, hoses to connect to the K-2 Lever, and connections and braded brake lines from the K-2 Lever to the front and rear brakes. I have a suggested parts list that can be adapted for your specific installation, that need to be purchased from several sources, for your motorcycle.

There is also a new Optional install kit for the K-2 Lever hookup is available for the following for: H-D 2009-1012 Tri Glide, GW 1500 and GW 1800.

Please note: Installers for any American Standard bike such as any H-D or Victory motorcycle, the K-2 Lever part is built with metric specs and the hole furnished for a right side mirror assembly, is threaded with a metric fitting for a metric type of mirror assembly.

You MUST find another place to mount the customer’s mirror.

Frequently asked questions and answers

Q: I have a cable clutch and want to transfer it to the right hand side along with the front brake – will the K-2 Lever allow this?
A: Yes, the K-2 Lever is able to offer both cable and Hydraulic operation on either the left or right side of the handlebars.

Q: How can I operate the levers independently?
A: The levers have a wide range of adjustment and can be offset from each other. Also a longer lever (+30 mm) can be fitted to one module thus enabling two or three fingers to grab one lever and the other fingers can easily reach up for the shorter lever.

Q: I have car callipers on the rear of my trike and a standard bike rear master cylinder does not have enough fluid displacement to work them – will the K-2 Lever operate them?
A: The K-2 Lever has a choice of bore sizes – either 14.0mm or 17.5mm we would recommend the 17.5mm bore for your rear brake operation.

Q: I have 1” bars on my machine will the K-2 Lever fit these?
A: Yes, the K-2 Lever is supplied with an adaptor that enables it to be installed on 1” or 7/8” bars.

Q: If I buy a K-2 Lever and subsequently sell the machine can I transfer it to a different machine?
A: Yes, even if the machine you are changing to has a different configuration, for example hydraulic clutch instead of cable, providing you purchase an additional hydraulic module then the K-2 Lever can be re-configured to suit.
